The Telecare Waterproof Pendant
The Telecare Waterproof Pendant is included with our standard alarm package and is the latest in Telecare alarm pendants from industry leading Telecare manufacturer Tunstall.
The pendant is waterproof up to one metre for up to 30 minutes. Therefore there is no need for the user to remove this when in the bathroom and can be worn for 24 hour protection.
What Comes with the Waterproof Pendant
The Telecare Waterproof Pendant comes with the Telecare base unit and all required cables to set it up and use it in conjunction with a home telephone.
The Telecare Waterproof Pendant also comes with a wrist strap and a neck chord so that it can be worn either around the neck or on the wrist.
The most important part of the Telecare Waterproof Pendant is the monitoring service we offer.
The monitoring is part and parcel of the service we offer, available 24 hours a day all throughout the year the Telecare team is always on standby should someone press their alarm. Ready to respond within seconds they will assess the situation and call emergency contacts or emergency services as appropriate.

The Monitoring Team will then take appropriate action to ensure the user gets help - whether this is contacting a relative or the emergency services. Ensure help can gain access to the property with a Keysafe.
