Personal Alarms for the Elderly
Telecare Choice is an affordable, national provider of personal alarms for the elderly. We're not connected to any local council and aim to provide the nation's elderly and disabled residents with the very best life-saving service. With Telecare Choice there are no contracts. We allow our customers to cancel the rental of their alarm at any point. All we ask is that the equipment is returned if the alarm is no longer needed.

Set-Up and Use
Telecare's personal alarms for the elderly have been developed using the latest industry technology and it is one of the simplest systems ever created.
The system can be installed and set-up within a few minutes. The base unit simply goes into a power and telephone socket, with the telephone connecting to the back of the unit with an adapter. Push the red button on the alarm base unit and the system's test call will be completed.
Should the alarm user have a fall or require assistance, he or she can push the red button on their pendant - which will be around their neck or wrist. This send an alert through to our 24-hour monitoring centre.
A team member will reply via the base unit loudspeaker, assess the situation and call for help. This commonly involved contacting friends, family and neighbours. An ambulance will also be called for if needed.

Pricing Plans
Telecare Choice offer two simple price plans to ensure that you can get your personal alarm up and running as soon as possible.
Of course, both of our price plans come with free 24-hour delivery so that you can have your new alarm and pendant installed sooner, rather than later.
Once installed the alarm user will be covered by our 24-hour Monitoring Team. Should they need help, day or night, all they need to do is simply push the Telecare pendant and a member of the team will respond within seconds.
The Monitoring Team will then take appropriate action to ensure the user gets help - whether this is contacting a relative or the emergency services. Ensure help can gain access to the property with a Keysafe.
