Telecare Pendant
The Telecare Pendant grants you , or your loved ones, access to our highly-trained monitoring team. This means that if you fall, feel unwell or require assistance (day or night), you can simply push your help button on your pendant.
Our service is ideal for elderly, frail and disabled people across the UK, whilst those living with long-term health problems can also benefit. The alarm system also qualifies as a VAT Exempt product, so you may not need to pay any VAT.
All Telecare pendant alarm systems come with free next day delivery and are pre-programmed by the Telecare team.
Mildred, Harrogate
My alarm has made me feel so much safer already. I have only had it for a week or two but already I am able to relax in my home, knowing I can press my button for help.
Kevin, Lincoln
My Telecare Pendant is on my wrist 24 hours a day. I tuck it under my sleeve most of the time and forget its there - lucky it was last winter when I slipped on the ice.
Kim, Merseyside
Telecare have provided my whole family with peace of mind. My Dad is so independent - he still thinks he's in his 20's - so wasn't too excited about getting an alarm - now he loves it.
Lucy, Bath
The gentleman on the other end of the button was very friendly and put my mind at ease. My son arrived about 10 minutes later and was able to lift me back into my chair. Thank you so much.
Pricing Plans
Telecare Choice offer two simple price plans to ensure that you can get your personal alarm up and running as soon as possible.
Of course, both of our price plans come with free 24-hour delivery so that you can have your new alarm and pendant installed sooner, rather than later.
Once installed the alarm user will be covered by our 24-hour Monitoring Team. Should they need help, day or night, all they need to do is simply push the Telecare pendant and a member of the team will respond within seconds.
The Monitoring Team will then take appropriate action to ensure the user gets help - whether this is contacting a relative or the emergency services. Ensure help can gain access to the property with a Keysafe.
Supporting The Nation - 24/7
Alongside your Telecare Pendant and base unit, you'll also be connected to the monitoring centre. Our team have been highly-trained to deal with emergency situations, at any time of the day or night. They're available 365 days of the year, on a 24/7 basis.
If you feel unwell, have a fall or similar accident, or require the emergency services, you simply need to press your Telecare Pendant. An alarm call is instantly sent to the monitoring centre, and a team member will respond with seconds.
Through the loudspeaker, the monitoring team will ask what has happened, whether you're injured, and if you require medical help. After assessing the situation, the monitoring team will take appropriate action.
They'll call for your emergency contacts (family, friends and/or neighbours), and also the emergency services if they're needed.
WEAR IT YOUR WAY
